Facts:	Popham Beach is 3,640 yards long and one of Maine's longest beaches.
My two cents:	Popham Beach is a popular beach with fine sand. It is great for swimming, picnicking (picnick tables) and fishing. It's great all year round. A fee is charged at the gate between April 15 and October 30.
