Marshall Point Lighthouse, Knox County, Maine
| Location: |
Marshall Point Rd
Port Clyde, ME 04855 |
| Facts: | The present Marshall Point Lighthouse was built in 1858. The tower is 31 ft high and it guards the harbor of Port Clyde. |
| My two cents: | The Marshall Point Lighthouse is definitely a nice place to visit. The lighthouse is much smaller others like Portland Headlight or Pemaquid Point, which makes it special. Unfortunately it was foggy and cold when we visited Marshall Point, however it is a very charming place no matter how the weather is. |
